Aleesha Young has established herself as the top female professional bodybuilder in the latter half of the 2010s. Aleesha was born in 1984, comes from an athlete's family. The father and her siblings played ice-hockey, but her father was into bodybuilding. Aleesha was also a participant in various sports like soccer, basketball as well as softball prior to getting involved in bodybuilding at the age of was 15 or so. Her professional card was issued following her win at the NPC USA Championships. She first began competing in the year 2008. In addition, she competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro, where she was ranked ninth. In 2015 she held onto her ninth place. Aleesha placed 6th in both of 2015 and 2016 at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. The bodybuilder's best performance at the WOS Rising Phoenix was in the year 2000, where she finished 4th position. The "World's strongest mom" took a break from bodybuilding for health-related motives.
